Susan studied photojournalism at Riverside City College in the early 70’s.  She worked as a horseshow photographer to support her horses.  She wrote a biweekly article on riding and dressage for over a year with Horse Action News. As a foreign journalist, she had the cover story and photos in the California Horse Trader Newspaper with a story of the US Dressage Team competing at the Dressage World Championships in Montreal, Canada. 

Susan has a published book, Reflections, Equus and Us.  It is a magical journey on man’s relationships with horses in a marriage of sight, sound and energy created to awaken insights lost, forgotten or not yet seen with 40 of her photos, 40 of her poems and 40 of her stories sharing metaphors in life.
